The Bias and Logics of School-District Housing in Beijing aims at the issue on School-District Housing, a heated topic with Chinese characteristics in China. Since June, 2013, it has been labeled as "tremendously over-priced" on the related news covered on mass media. The in-depth report mainly focuses on the over-priced phenomenon on school-district houses and provides the analysis on the reasons leading to it from the aspects of history, reality and policy.
